Blogger Clayton Kelly goes free


The political blogger who sneaked into a nursing home to snap photographs of a senator’s dead wife is now unfastened on parole.

On the sentencing hearing on June 15, prosecutors showed surveillance motion pictures of Kelly getting into St. Catherine’s on Easter Sunday in 2014.

After being allowed to use a guard, Kelly makes a beeline for an elevator and appears to move through the power with reason. Prosecutors say. He makes a bypass using Rose Cochran’s room. As a nurse is inside the hallway nearby, he comes lower back. He enters the room while working his telephone and exits some seconds later. Kelly then seems to get stuck in the upstairs foyer with automated door locks. He paces for approximately five minutes till a person opens the door. He then gets stuck once more in the downstairs foyer before a nurse enters, and he exits the construction after she opens the door.
